Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital service only, nothing is shipped
APIHiver sells digital subscriptions to APIs. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.
How and when you receive access
- Free plans: active as soon as you subscribe.
- Paid plans: active as soon as your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, usually within seconds.
- Your subscription and API key are shown in your Dashboard, and you can start calling the API right away at its gateway address (for example
https://background-remover.p.apihiver.com). - Invoices for every payment are available under Dashboard → Billing and can be downloaded as a PDF.
If access isn't delivered
If you've paid but your subscription doesn't show as active within 30 minutes, email [email protected] with your account email and the payment reference. We'll activate it or refund you in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
