Checks that a UPI ID (VPA) is well-formed and identifies the app/bank handle. It does not confirm the account exists. This endpoint is part of the IFSC, GSTIN & UPI Validation API (India): Validate Indian payment details — IFSC (with bank and branch), GSTIN, UPI ID format — plus IBAN and card BIN checks.
