Billing and payments

All prices on APIHiver are in Indian rupees (₹) and billed monthly. Console → Billing has everything about money.

Paying

Paid plans are paid at checkout through Razorpay, a secure payment provider. You can use the methods Razorpay offers you, such as cards, UPI and net banking. Your card details go directly to Razorpay; they never reach APIHiver's servers.

After you pay, you're returned to APIHiver and the payment is confirmed automatically, usually within a few seconds. If you see Confirming your payment…, leave the page open until it finishes.

Invoices

Every charge produces an invoice with its own number (for example INV-202609-000002). Find them in Console → Billing → Transactions, where you can:

• filter by status, date range and currency;
• search by invoice number or API;
• open an invoice to see its line items (plan, overage, discounts, tax) and Download invoice.

The Transactions page also charts your monthly spend and totals.

Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew every month on the day you subscribed.

• If your payment method supports automatic payments, the renewal is charged automatically and a new invoice is created.
• Otherwise, a renewal invoice is created for you to pay from Console → Billing. You'll get a notification.

Any overage from the month that just ended is added to the renewal invoice.

If a payment fails

If a renewal isn't paid, the subscription becomes Past due and calls to that API are paused. We'll remind you and retry the payment about 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days and 7 days later. Pay the open invoice at any time to restore access immediately. If it still isn't paid after the last attempt, the subscription expires.

Usage

Console → Billing → Usage shows, for each active subscription, how many requests you've used this period, your quota, and any overage accrued so far.

Wallet

When wallet payments are enabled on APIHiver, Console → Billing → Wallet lets you add money once and pay for subscriptions and renewals from your balance, without entering payment details each time.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If something went wrong with a payment, email [email protected] with the invoice number.

Taxes

Any tax that applies is shown as a separate line at checkout and on the invoice, before you pay.
